I would like to start with concept of emotional intelligence EQ...(emotional quotient) like IQ.... EQ is being thought as more important in leading happy life than IQ....

They say in this article that total decisions are based on emotions and not logic....
My take away from this article - in any negotiations be it with kids for making them study or with ur spouse ....it's important to make emotional appeal apart from logical.... if u are able to appeal considering the real issue which is more or less emotional the other party is more likely to come to agree to ur proposal ....
